To setup animation frame rate and speed click on the "Filters" then click "Animation" and "Playback". You can see the animation playing.Here you can set your frame rate and animation speed. After fixing all these export your file as "name .gif " . A dialogue appear ,mark " As animation" then export. Your animated GIF is ready.
